How To Use Metro Connect

Metro Connect has been designed to be easy to use. In many ways it's like a normal bus service, but what's different is that it can deviate from it's route to get closer to you and to take you closer to where you want to go.

Getting On

Green Route
If you live along the green route there is no need to book. Just wait at your nearest stop and clearly signal to the driver as the Metro Connect bus approaches.

Red Area
Travel in the red area is available from early morning until midnight. If you want to travel in the red area you need to book in advance by calling the TLC Travel booking line on 0845 058 0160, open between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Blue Area
Travel in the blue area is available between 10am and 2pm and from 8pm until midnight. If you want to travel in the blue area you need to book in advance by calling the TLC Travel booking line on 0845 058 0160, open between 8am to 5pm Monday To Friday.
